What it does

One tool for both Google Forms and Microsoft Forms

Many schools and companies use Microsoft 365, so their surveys are built in Microsoft Forms instead of Google Forms. AutoFillForm reads a Microsoft form the same way as a Google form: every question, choice, Likert scale and branch is saved so you can set ratios, rules between questions, data for written answers and a sending schedule. Useful to pilot a questionnaire before sending it out, check branching and the response spreadsheet, or prepare sample data for a training session.

Paste a Microsoft Forms share link (forms.office.com, forms.cloud.microsoft, short /r/… links too); the title, sections and every question are read automatically.
Set ratios for single choice, multiple choice, drop-down, star or number ratings, Net Promoter Score and each row of a Likert question.
Microsoft Forms branching ("Go to question…") is kept: a response that picks a branching answer skips exactly the questions the form skips.
Ranking questions need no setup: each response sends a random order.
Text questions use your own answer list, or let AutoFillForm write them with AI, as with Google Forms.
Send at once or spread over hours, night mode, rules between questions: all shared with Google Forms.
Press Sync after you edit the form; new and removed questions are listed and the ratios of unchanged questions are kept.
How it works

How to fill Microsoft Forms automatically in 3 steps

It works exactly like Google Forms; only the link you paste is different.

Get the Microsoft Forms link

In Microsoft Forms press Collect responses, choose Anyone can respond, then Copy link.

Paste the link and set ratios

Go to Fill forms → Fill by ratio and paste the link. The questions are read; check the ratio of each question on the Settings page.

Order

Choose the number of responses and the schedule (now or spread over hours) and pay with Credit. Follow what was sent in My orders.

What you need

  • The Microsoft form accepts responses and is set to Anyone can respond.
  • Turn off "One response per person" in the form's Settings, or the form takes only 1 response.
  • File upload questions must not be required.

Limits to know

  • Forms only people in an organization can answer (Microsoft 365 sign-in) cannot be filled.
  • No files are sent to file upload questions; keep them optional.
  • Ranking questions are always in a random order; ratios cannot be set for them yet.
  • Use it only on your own forms or forms you are allowed to test.
Quick answers

Frequently asked questions

Yes. Paste the Microsoft form's share link into the link box as you would a Google Form; the questions are read, you set the ratios and place an order. Responses are sent straight to the Microsoft form.
No. The price depends on the number of questions: 2 Credit per response under 10 questions, 4 Credit for 10–20, 5 Credit from 21; 1 Credit = 40 VND.
Open the form, press Collect responses, choose Anyone can respond, then Copy link. Links like forms.office.com/r/… or …ResponsePage.aspx?id=… both work.
Yes. Microsoft Forms branching ("Go to question…") is read when you paste the link; a response that picks a branching answer skips exactly the questions the form skips.
The form is set to "Only people in my organization can respond", so a school or work sign-in is needed. Switch it to "Anyone can respond" and paste the link again.
Press Sync on the Settings page. New questions, removed questions and changed choices are listed and the ratios of unchanged questions are kept. If the form changes after an order is placed, a response that no longer matches the form fails with a reminder to sync, so wrong data is never sent.
